Assiniboia Spring Fever Lotto 27 Rules - 2021/22

1) A maximum of 8,700 tickets will be sold. Ticket sales are kept track of by Receipt number. The breakdown of tickets will be 2,710 single tickets at $100, 510 sets of 3 for $250 and 260 sets of 6 tickets for $400.

2) All draws will take place at Nelson GM located 210 First Avenue West, Assiniboia, SK. All tokens will be placed in a draw drum and drawn one at time. After each draw the token drawn will be placed back in the draw drum for the next draw.

3) Tickets may be purchased by any member of the public over the age of eighteen years of age for the price of $100.00 per ticket, or 3 tickets for $250.00or 6 tickets for $400.00.

4) The Previous Buyer’s Draw winner, to be drawn on Sunday, March 6, 2022 at 2:00 p.m.
and the Early Bird Draw winner to be drawn on Sunday, April 9, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. each has a choice of winning;
  (a) $5,000.00; OR
  (b) a Churchill River`s Twin Falls Lodge Fishing Trip for 2 that includes 3 full days of fishing and 3 nights supplied by Churchill River`s Twin Falls Lodge and Adventure Destinations International.

5) To be eligible to win the Previous Buyer’s Draw the ticket holder must have done one of the following:
  (a) Been a ticket holder (including being one of two or more persons who held a ticket) in the Assiniboia Spring Fever Lotto in one of our last six lottos; or
  (b) Attempted to buy a ticket for the Spring Fever Lotto in one of the last six lottos but been unable to as the lottery was sold out, or the payment was not received on time for the final draw;

AND have a ticket for the 2021-2022 Assiniboia Spring Fever Lotto that was purchased on or before 12:00 midnight on March 5th, 2022, or on or before midnight of the day preceding any draw date, if an extension to the draw date is granted.

6) There are 30 Very Early Buyer Prizes drawn for on March 20, 2022 at 2:00 p.m.. A ticket holder can win one of 30 prizes, a choice of one of four prizes;
  1. $100 Spring Fever Lotto Ticket in Spring Fever Lotto 27 ,
  2. Two 10 packs of 50/50 tickets in the 2021-2022 Spring Fever Lotto 50/50,
  3. Margaritaville Frozen Concoction Maker purchased from amazon.ca
  4. Bissell Little Green Pet Stain Eraser purchased from amazon.ca
To be eligible to win any of these draws a buyer must have purchased a ticket on or before midnight March 19, 2022, or the midnight of the day preceding the draw.

7) To win the Early Bird Prize, the ticket holder must have a ticket for the 2021-2022 Assiniboia Spring Fever Lotto that was purchased on or before 12:00 midnight on April 9, 2021 or on or before midnight of the day preceding any draw date, if an extension to the draw date is granted.

8) The winner of the grand prize, and subsidiary prizes, must have a ticket purchased in his or her name on or before midnight of May 28, 2022 or on or before midnight of the day preceding any draw date, if an extension to the draw date is granted.

9) The winner of the grand prize, drawn on May 29, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. or any date that is an extension thereof, shall have a choice of one of six prizes:

  1. $150,000.00 cash, OR

the opportunity to order, at the cost of the Assiniboia Spring Fever Lotto one of the following:

10) The winner of the 2nd prize, drawn May 29,2022 or any date that is an extension thereof, shall have a choice of one of two prizes;

  1. $5,000.00 cash, OR;
  2. Honeywell by Generac 22 kW Automatic Standby Generator purchased from Costco.

11) The winner of the 3rd prize, drawn on May 29, 2022, or any date that is an extension thereof, shall have a choice of one of two prizes;

  1. $3,000.00 cash, OR;
  2. Osaki Gravity Massage Chair purchased from Costco.

12) The winner of the 4th prize, drawn on May 29, 2022, or any date that is an extension thereof, shall have a choice of one of two prizes;

  1. $2,000.00 cash, OR;
  2. Peloton Bike purchased from Peloton.

13) The winner of the 5th prize, drawn on May 29 , 2022, or any date that is an extension thereof, shall have a choice of one of two prizes;

  1. $2,000.00 cash, OR;
  2. Yardline Play Systems Turbo Racer Playset purchased from Costco

14) The winner of the 6th prize, drawn on May 29, 2022, or any date that is an extension thereof, shall have a choice of one of two prizes;

  1. $800.00 cash, OR;
  2. iPad Mini purchased from Apple;

15) The winner of the 7th, 8th 9th and 10th prizes, drawn on May 29, 2022, or any date that is an extension thereof, shall have a choice of one of three prizes;

  1. $500.00 cash, OR;
  2. Outland Propane Fire Table purchased from Costco.

16) The winner of the 11th, 12th, 13th and 14th prizes, drawn on May 29, 2022, or any date that is an extension thereof, shall have a choice of one of two prizes;

  1. $500.00 cash, OR;
  2. LG CordZero Charge Plus Cordless Stick Vacuum purchased from Costco.

17) The winners of 40 Other Great Prizes, drawn on May 29, 2022, shall win one of the following:

  1. $100.00 cash, OR;

  3. one of fifteen Black & Decker Drill/Driver + Implact Driver Combo Kit purchased from amazon.ca

The winners will have the opportunity to select from these items on a first pick basis. Once the number of the prize items in each category have been selected the winner must select from those items remaining.

18) If the winner of any prize in this lottery cannot be located within 365 days of the draw date of the prize won, the winner shall forfeit the prize.

19) Unclaimed prizes will be held in a secure location for a period of one year. Should the prize remain unclaimed at that time, it will be donated to the Assiniboia Regional Park Authority.

20) The prizes in this Lotto shall NOT be assignable. Only the person(s) whose name is on the ticket, or the executor or administrator of that person’s estate if a winner is deceased, shall be entitled to pick the prize that the winner is to receive from among the choices available.

21) The winners of all prizes shall be required to sign a written Release setting out his or her prize choice, prior to receiving his or her prize.

22) A main ticket does not need to be accompanied by a 50/50 ticket purchased
